s 24 Designation of heritage site
The Commissioner may designate any site which has natural heritage or cultural heritage significance to be a heritage site.

Pesuruhjaya boleh menetapkan mana-mana tapak yang mempunyai warisan semula jadi atau warisan kebudayaan yang penting menjadi tapak warisan.
