s 25 Adjacent and nearby site
(1) Where a site has no natural heritage or cultural heritage significance but the Commissioner is satisfied that it should be designated as a heritage site because of its proximity to and for the protection and enhancement of another site designated as a heritage site under section 24, the Commissioner may so designate such site as a heritage site.
(2) Any designation made under subsection (1) shall be revoked in the event the designation of that other site is revoked.

Tapak bersempadanan dan berdekatan
(1) Jika suatu tapak tidak mempunyai warisan semula jadi atau warisan kebudayaan yang penting tetapi Pesuruhjaya berpuas hati bahawa tapak itu patut ditetapkan sebagai tapak warisan disebabkan oleh kedekatannya kepada dan untuk perlindungan dan penambahbaikan tapak yang lain yang ditetapkan sebagai tapak warisan di bawah seksyen 24, Pesuruhjaya boleh menetapkan tapak itu sebagai tapak warisan.
(2) Apa-apa penetapan yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibatalkan sekiranya penetapan tapak yang lain itu dibatalkan.
