s 22 Accounts and audit
The Commissioner shall cause proper accounts to be kept and maintained in respect of the Fund and in compliance with the provisions of the Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240].

Pesuruhjaya hendaklah menyebabkan akaun yang sepatutnya disimpan dan disenggarakan berkenaan dengan Kumpulan Wang dan mematuhi peruntukan Akta Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) 1980 [Akta 240].
