Clerk of Senate and Clerk of House of Representatives

s 6

(1) The Clerk to the Senate shall be under the directions and control of the President of the Senate. (2) The Clerk to the House of Representatives shall be under the directions and control of the Speaker of the House of Representatives. (3) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may, after consultation with the Parliamentary Service Council, prescribe the qualifications for appointment and conditions of service of the Clerk to the Senate and the Clerk to the House of Representatives.
