Trust Companies Act 1949 s 9

s 9 Company may act as executor

If at any time a trust company is appointed executor of the will of any testator, it shall be lawful for the company to apply to the Court for probate of the will and, if probate be granted, to exercise and discharge all the powers and duties of an executor.

Syarikat boleh bertindak sebagai wasi

Jika pada bila-bila masa suatu syarikat amanah dilantik menjadi wasi bagi wasiat mana-mana pewasiat, sah bagi syarikat itu untuk memohon kepada Mahkamah untuk mendapatkan probet bagi wasiat itu dan, jika probet diberikan, untuk menjalankan dan menunaikan segala kuasa dan kewajipan seorang wasi.
