Tabung Angkatan Tentera Act 1973 s 25
If the Lembaga is at any time unable to pay any sum of money standing to the credit of the contributor’s account to the contributor, the heir or the next of kin of the contributor, as required under this Act, the sum required to be so paid shall be charged on and advanced to the Lembaga from the Federal Consolidated Fund and the Lembaga shall, as soon as practicable, repay to the Government of Malaysia the sum so advanced.
Peruntukan bagi pendahuluan daripada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan
Jika Lembaga pada bila-bila masa tidak berupaya untuk membayar apa-apa jumlah wang yang ada dalam kredit akaun pencarum kepada pencarum, waris atau waris kadim pencarum, sebagaimana yang dikehendaki di bawah Akta ini, jumlah wang yang dikehendaki dibayar sedemikian hendaklah dipertanggungkan ke atas dan didahulukan kepada Lembaga daripada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persatuan dan Lembaga hendaklah, dengan seberapa segera yang praktik, membayar balik kepada Kerajaan Malaysia jumlah wang yang telah didahulukan sedemikian.
