Specific Relief Act 1950 s 37

s 37 Court may require party rescinding to do equity

On adjudging the rescission of a contract, the court may require the party to whom the relief is granted to make any compensation to the other which justice may require.

Mahkamah boleh menghendaki pihak yang menamatkan kontrak untuk melakukan ekuiti

Dalam memutuskan penamatan sesuatu kontrak, mahkamah boleh menghendaki pihak yang kepadanya relief diberi untuk memberikan apa-apa pampasan kepada pihak yang satu lagi sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh keadilan.
