Specific Relief Act 1950 s 42
A declaration made under this Chapter is binding only on the parties to the suit, persons claiming through them respectively, and, where any of the parties are trustees, on the persons for whom, if in existence at the date of the declaration, those parties would be trustees.
Kesan perisytiharan
Suatu perisytiharan yang dibuat di bawah Bab ini hanya mengikat pihak dalam guaman, orang yang menuntut melalui mereka masing-masingnya, dan, jika mana-mana pihak itu pemegang amanah, orang yang baginya, jika wujud pada tarikh perisytiharan itu, pihak itu akan menjadi pemegang amanah.
