s 7 Right of entry

(1) (a) A citizen shall be entitled to enter Malaysia without having obtained a Permit or Pass in that behalf under this Act. (b) (Deleted by Act 27 of 1963). (2) (Deleted by Act 27 of 1963). (3) The burden of proof that any person is a citizen shall lie upon that person.
