Chemists Act 1975 s 15
(1) The Registrar shall maintain a register of members in which the members shall be classified as Fellows, Associates and Licentiates. (2) The Registrar shall make the register available for inspection at reasonable hours on payment of the prescribed fee. (3) The Registrar shall cause to be published in the Gazette a copy of the register at least once in every year.
Daftar anggota
(1) Pendaftar hendaklah menyenggara suatu daftar anggota yang dalamnya anggota hendaklah dikelaskan sebagai Fellows, Associates dan Licentiates. (2) Pendaftar hendaklah mengadakan daftar itu untuk pemeriksaan pada waktu yang munasabah apabila membayar fi yang ditetapkan. (3) Pendaftar hendaklah mengarahkan supaya disiarkan dalam Warta suatu salinan daftar itu sekurang-kurangnya sekali dalam tiap-tiap tahun.
