(1) Without prejudice to the rights of other persons, upon the commencement of this Act, the right to use the emblem of a red crescent on a white background, as depicted in the Schedule, and the words "Bulan Sabit Merah" or, in English, "Red Crescent", shall vest in the Corporation, and the Corporation, shall use such emblem. (2) Upon the commencement of this Act, section 10 of the Incorporation Act shall cease to have effect, and the right vested in the Corporation by that section to use the emblem of the red cross on a white background and the words "Red Cross" and "Geneva Cross" shall cease to vest in the Corporation, and the Corporation shall cease to use such emblem and those words.

IS. 3-5, Jadual] Penggunaan

(1) Tanpa menjejas hak-hak orang lain, apabila mula lambang dan berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, hak untuk menggunakan perkataanperkataan. lambang bulan sabit merah yang berlatar belakang warna putih, sebagaimana digambarkan dalam Jadual, dan perkataan-perkataan "Bulan Sabit Merah" atau, dalam bahasa Inggerisnya, "Red Crescent", hendaklah terletakhak pada Perbadanan, dan Perbadanan hendaklah menggunakan lambang itu. (2) Apabila mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, seksyen 10 Akta Perbadanan hendaklah terhenti daripada berkuatkuasa, dan hak yang diletakhakkan pada Perbadanan oleh seksyen itu untuk menggunakan lambang palang merah yang berlatar belakang warna putih dan perkataanperkataan "Red Cross" dan "Geneva Cross" hendaklah terhenti daripada diletakhakkan pada Perbadanan, dan Perbadanan hendaklah berhenti daripada menggunakan lambang dan perkataan-perkataan itu.
