Local Government Act 1976 s 66

Sections 85–93 were repealed by later amendments.

s 66 Power to erect public buildings in open public places

A local authority may erect and maintain in any open public place buildings for public purposes and may set apart any such public place or any portion thereof for any purposes which the local authority may from time to time think fit.

Kuasa untuk mendirikan bangunan awam di tempat awam terbuka

Sesuatu pihak berkuasa tempatan boleh mendirikan dan menyenggara bangunan di mana-mana tempat awam terbuka bagi maksud awam dan boleh mengkhaskan mana-mana tempat awam itu atau mana-mana bahagiannya bagi apa-apa maksud yang difikirkan patut dari semasa ke semasa oleh pihak berkuasa tempatan itu.
