The local authorities may make by-laws for the inspection and regulation of burial grounds and crematoria within and without the local authority area provided by the local authority under subsection 94(1) and as to the depth, length and width of graves and places of interment therein and generally to carry out the provisions of this Act in relation to all matters connected with the good order of such burial grounds and crematoria, due regard being had to the religious usages of the several classes of the community.

Kuasa untuk membuat undang-undang kecil
Pihak-pihak berkuasa tempatan boleh membuat undang-undang kecil untuk memeriksa dan mengawal tanah perkuburan dan tempat membakar mayat dalam dan di luar kawasan pihak berkuasa tempatan yang diadakan oleh pihak berkuasa tempatan di bawah
subseksyen 94(1) dan mengenai dalam, panjang dan lebarnya kubur dan tempat pengkebumian di dalamnya dan amnya untuk menjalankan Akta ini berhubungan dengan segala perkara berkaitan dengan keadaan baik tanah perkuburan dan tempat membakar mayat dengan memberi perhatian kelaziman keagamaan masing-masing golongan masyarakat.
