s 35 Power to make rules
The State Authority may make rules for the purpose of giving effect to and carrying out the provisions of this Part or of prescribing anything that may be, or is required to be, prescribed under this Part.

Pihak Berkuasa Negeri boleh membuat kaedah-kaedah bagi maksud menguatkuasakan dan menjalankan peruntukan Bahagian ini atau bagi maksud menetapkan apa-apa yang mungkin dikehendaki, atau dikehendaki, ditetapkan di bawah Bahagian ini.
