s 42 Power to borrow moneys

The local planning authority may, with the approval of the Menteri Besar or Chief Minister, but subject to the Public Authorities (Control of Borrowing Powers) Act 1961 [Act 383], borrow such sums of money as are necessary for financing the development of a development area.

Kuasa untuk meminjam wang

Pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri Besar atau Ketua Menteri, tetapi tertakluk kepada Akta Pihak-Pihak Berkuasa Awam (Kawalan Kuasa-Kuasa Meminjam) 1961 [Akta 383], meminjam sejumlah wang yang perlu untuk membiayai pemajuan suatu kawasan pemajuan.
