s 43 Power to dispose of land and property

The local planning authority may, subject to rules made under section 44, sell, let, or otherwise deal with or dispose of any land or property in a development area that it has developed pursuant to subsection 38(2).

Kuasa untuk melupuskan tanah dan harta

Pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan boleh, tertakluk kepada kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 44, menjual, menyewa, atau selainnya mengurus atau melupus mana-mana tanah atau harta dalam suatu kawasan pemajuan yang telah dimajukannya menurut subseksyen 38(2).
