Town and Country Planning Act 1976 s 50
(1) An authorized person or any police officer not below the rank of Inspector may conduct prosecutions for offences under this Act or the rules made thereunder. (2) The local planning authority may authorize in writing the incurring of such expenses as may be necessary for prosecutions for offences under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
Pendakwaan
(1) Seseorang yang diberi kuasa atau mana-mana pegawai polis yang berpangkat tidak rendah daripada Inspektor boleh menjalankan pendakwaan bagi kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya. (2) Pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan boleh membenarkan secara bertulis dilakukan perbelanjaan yang perlu untuk pendakwaan bagi kesalahan di bawah Akta ini atau kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya.
