s 49 Privilege from production of documents and appearing as witness
A member, officer, servant, or agent of the local planning authority shall not be required in any legal proceedings to which the local planning authority is not a party, to produce any record, register, or document the contents of which can be proved under subsection 48(2) by a certified copy, or to appear as a witness to prove the matters and transactions recorded in the record, register, or document, except by order of the court made for special cause.

Keistimewaan daripada pengemukaan dokumen dan kehadiran sebagai saksi
Seseorang ahli, pegawai, pekhidmat, atau ejen pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan tidak boleh dikehendaki dalam mana-mana prosiding undang-undang yang pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan bukan suatu pihak, mengemukakan apa-apa rekod, daftar, atau dokumen yang kandungannya boleh dibuktikan di bawah subseksyen 48(2) dengan suatu salinan yang diperakui, atau hadir sebagai seorang saksi untuk membuktikan perkara dan urusan yang direkodkan di dalam rekod, daftar, atau dokumen itu, kecuali dengan perintah mahkamah yang dibuat untuk sebab khas.
