Town and Country Planning Act 1976 s 57
(1) All developments intended exclusively for religious, educational, recreational, social, welfare, or charitable purposes and not for pecuniary profit are exempted from the payment of all charges and fees under this Act, other than the further fees payable under subsections 27(7) and 28(7). (2) The exemption under subsection (1) does not extend to development charges.
Pengecualian daripada fi dan caj
(1) Semua pemajuan yang secara eksklusif dicadangkan untuk maksud agama, pendidikan, rekreasi, sosial, kebajikan, atau khairat dan bukannya untuk keuntungan wang dikecualikan daripada membayar segala caj dan fi di bawah Akta ini, selain fi tambahan yang kena dibayar di bawah subseksyen 27(7) dan 28(7). (2) Pengecualian di bawah subseksyen (1) tidak meliputi caj pemajuan.
