s 25 Reserve fund

(1) The Universiti shall establish and manage a reserve fund. (2) The payment into and out of the reserve fund shall be determined by the Board: Provided that no part of the reserve fund shall be applied otherwise than for the purposes of the Universiti.

Kumpulan wang rizab

(1) Universiti hendaklah menubuhkan dan menguruskan suatu kumpulan wang rizab. (2) Pembayaran masuk ke dalam dan keluar daripada kumpulan wang rizab hendaklah ditentukan oleh Lembaga: Dengan syarat bahawa tiada bahagian daripada kumpulan wang rizab itu boleh digunakan selain bagi maksud Universiti.
