The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the Universiti or against the Board or any member of the Board, or against the Vice-Chancellor, or against any member of the staff or agent of the Universiti in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by it or by him, as the case may be, in such capacity.
Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam
Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948 [Akta 198] hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding terhadap Universiti atau terhadap Lembaga atau mana-mana anggota Lembaga, atau terhadap Naib Canselor, atau terhadap mana-mana anggota kakitangan atau ejen Universiti berkenaan dengan apa-apa perbuatan, pengabaian atau keingkaran yang dibuat atau dilakukan olehnya, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan, atas sifat yang sedemikian.
