s 13 Colour of trade mark
(1) A trade mark may be limited in whole or in part to one or more specified colours and, in any such case, the fact that the trade mark is so limited shall be taken into consideration for the purpose of determining whether the trade mark is distinctive.
(2) Where a trade mark is registered without limitations as to colour, it shall be deemed to be registered for all colours.

Warna cap dagangan
(1) Sesuatu cap dagangan boleh dihadkan pada kesemuanya atau pada sebahagiannya kepada satu atau lebih warna yang ditentukan dan, dalam sesuatu hal yang demikian, fakta bahawa cap dagangan itu dihadkan sedemikian hendaklah diambil kira bagi maksud menentukan sama ada cap dagangan itu distinktif atau tidak.
(2) Jika sesuatu cap dagangan didaftarkan tanpa had tentang warna, cap dagangan itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai didaftarkan bagi segala warna.
