s 16 Use of name of another person
Where a person makes an application to register a trade mark which consists of or includes the name or representation of another person whether living or dead the Registrar may require the applicant to furnish him with the consent of that person if living or of the legal representative of that person if deceased before permitting the name or representation to be used as a trade mark.

Menggunakan nama seorang lain
Jika seseorang membuat suatu permohonan untuk mendaftarkan suatu cap dagangan yang mengandungi atau yang termasuk nama atau gambaran seorang lain sama ada orang itu hidup atau mati, Pendaftar boleh menghendaki pemohon itu memberi kepadanya persetujuan orang itu, jika orang itu hidup, atau persetujuan wakil di sisi undang-undang orang itu, jika orang itu mati, sebelum membenarkan nama atau gambaran itu digunakan sebagai suatu cap dagangan.
