s 17 Registration for particular goods or services
(1) A trade mark may be registered in respect of any or all of the goods comprised in a prescribed class of goods or in respect of any or all of the services comprised in a prescribed class of services.
(2) If any question arises as to the class in which goods or services are comprised that question shall be decided by the registrar whose decision shall be final.

Pendaftaran barang-barang atau perkhidmatan tertentu
(1) Suatu cap dagangan boleh didaftarkan mengenai manamana atau semua barang-barang yang termasuk dalam suatu kelas barang-barang yang ditetapkan atau mengenai mana-mana atau semua perkhidmatan yang termasuk dalam suatu kelas perkhidmatan yang ditetapkan.
(2) Jika timbul sesuatu soalan tentang dalam kelas mana barangbarang atau perkhidmatan itu termasuk soalan itu hendaklah diputuskan oleh Pendaftar dan keputusan Pendaftar itu adalah muktamad.
