Statutory and Local Authorities Superannuation Fund Act 1977 s 15

Sections 3–10 were repealed by later amendments.

s 15 Pension contribution

(1) Upon an employee being emplaced on the pensionable establishment, his employer shall make monthly contributions to the Consolidated Fund at the appropriate rate set out in the Second Schedule. (2) The Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, amend the rates in the Second Schedule by order.

Caruman pencen

(1) Apabila seseorang pekerja dimasukkan ke dalam perjawatan berpencen, majikannya hendaklah membayar caruman bulanan kepada Kumpulan Wang Disatukan mengikut kadar yang berkenaan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Kedua. (2) Menteri boleh, dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, melalui perintah, meminda kadar dalam Jadual Kedua.
