s 6 Arrest without warrant
Any police officer may arrest without warrant any person whom he has reasonable cause to believe has committed or is committing an offence under this Act.

Mana-mana pegawai polis boleh menangkap tanpa waran manamana orang yang dia mempunyai sebab yang munasabah untuk mempercayai telah melakukan atau sedang melakukan suatu kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
