National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949 s 7
s 7 Power of entry and search
Any police officer may enter any premises where any national emblem is displayed contrary to this Act or the terms or conditions of any order or permit made or given under section 5 or any school in which he has reasonable cause to believe that an offence against this Act is being or has been committed and may search any premises or school so entered or any part thereof and may seize any article found therein which he has reasonable cause to believe to be evidence of the commission of any such offence.

Kuasa memasuki dan menggeledah
Mana-mana pegawai polis boleh memasuki mana-mana premis tempat mana-mana lambang kebangsaan dipamerkan yang berlawanan dengan Akta ini atau terma atau syarat mana-mana perintah atau permit yang dibuat atau diberikan di bawah seksyen 5 atau manamana sekolah yang di dalamnya dia mempunyai sebab yang munasabah untuk mempercayai bahawa suatu kesalahan terhadap Akta ini sedang atau telah dilakukan dan boleh menggeledah manamana premis atau sekolah yang dimasuki sedemikian atau manamana bahagian daripadanya dan boleh menyita apa-apa barang yang dijumpai di dalamnya yang dia mempunyai sebab yang munasabah untuk mempercayai menjadi keterangan tentang berlakunya mana-mana kesalahan itu.
