s 13 General Manager and his Deputies
(1) The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint any person, designated as “General Manager”, to be the principal executive officer and vest him with such powers and impose upon him such duties and functions as may be determined by the Lembaga.
(2) The General Manager shall be responsible for the execution of all programmes, schemes or projects of the Lembaga and for the carrying out of the decisions of the Lembaga and the directions of the Chairman.
(3) The General Manager shall be responsible to the Chairman.
(4) Subject to the directions of the Chairman, the General Manager shall have administrative control of the officers and servants of the Lembaga.
(5) The General Manager shall perform such other or further duties as the Lembaga or the Minister may from time to time determine or as the Chairman may from time to time direct.
(6) To assist the General Manager in his functions, the Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint one or more Deputy General Managers and vest them with such powers and impose upon them such duties and functions as may be determined by the Lembaga.
(7) If the General Manager is temporarily absent from Malaysia or temporarily incapacitated through illness or for any other sufficient reason from the performance of his duties, the Lembaga may direct any Deputy General Manager to perform his duties during such temporary absence or incapacity.
(8) The General Manager and every Deputy General Manager are officers of the Lembaga.

(I) Iembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menssar, melantik Re seseorang, yang dinamakan "Pengurus untuk Timbalanmenjadi ketua pegawai eksekutif dan meletakhak padanya timbalannya, apa-apa kuasa dan mempertanggungkan atasnya apa-apa kewajipan dan tugas yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
(2) Pengurus Besar hendaklah bertanggungjawab menjalankan semua program, skim atau projek Lembaga dan melaksanakan keputusan-keputusan Lembaga dan arahanarahan Pengerusi.
(3) Pengurus Besar hendaklah bertanggungjawab kepada Pengerusi. aEhmEg
(4) Tertakluk kepada arahan-arahan Pengerusi, Pengurus Besar hendaklah berkuasa mengawal pegawai-pegawai dan penjawat-penjawat Lembaga dari segi pentadbiran.
(5) Pengurus Besar hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan lain atau apa-apa kewajipan tambahan yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga atau Menteri dari semasa ke semasa atau yang diarahkan oleh Pengerusi dari semasa ke semasa. 1-801

(6) Untuk membantu Pengurus Besar dalam tugas-tugasnya, Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melantık seorang atau lebih Timbalan Pengurus Besar dan meletakhak pada mereka apa-apa kuasa dan mempertanggungkan atas mereka apa-apa kewajipan dan tugas yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga.
(7) Jika Pengurus Besar tidak ada buat sementara dalam Malaysia atau tidak berupaya buat sementara oleh sebab sakit atau oleh apa-apa sebab lain yang cukup untuk melaksanakan kewajipan-kewajipannya, mengarahkan mana-mana Timbalan Pengurus Besar melaksanakan kewajipan-kewajipan Pengurus Besar dalam masa Pengurus Besar tidak ada atau tidak berupaya buat sementara itu.
(8) Pengurus Besar dan tiap-tiap Timbalan Pengurus Besar adalah pegawai Lembaga.
