s 14 Organization of the Lembaga into Divisions
(1) The Lembaga may set up such Divisions as it may think desirable, and each Division shall be under the control and charge of an executive officer designated as “the Manager”.
(2) The Manager of each Division shall be appointed by the Chairman with the approval of the Minister.
(3) It shall be the responsibility of the Manager of an appropriate Division to implement and execute the decisions of the Lembaga on matters pertaining to his Division, to submit policy recommendations for consideration by the Lembaga, to participate without the right to vote in any meeting of the Lembaga whenever matters pertaining to his Division are being considered in that meeting and also to exercise all the powers that may be delegated to him by the Lembaga.
(4) Every Manager is an officer of the Lembaga.

(1) Lembaga boleh menubuhkan Bahagian-bahagian eksekutif yang dinamakan "Pengurus" yang dimamakan Pengutstan secrane pegival
(2) Pengurus tiap-tiap satu Bahagian hendaklah dilantik oleh Pengerusi dengan kelulusan Menteri.
(3) Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab Pengurus sesuatu Bahagian yang berkenaan bagi melaksana dan menjalankan keputusan-keputusan Lembaga mengenai perkara-perkara berkaitan dengan Bahagiannya, bagi mengemukakan syorsyor dasar untuk pertimbangan Lembaga, bagi mengambil bahagian tanpa hak mengundi dalam sesuatu mesyuarat Lembaga apabila perkara-perkara berkaitan dengan Bahagiannya dipertimbangkan dalam mesyuarat tersebut dan juga bagi menjalankan segala kuasa yang mungkin diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Lembaga.
(4) Tiap-tiap Pengurus adalah pegawai Lembaga.
