s 15 Appointment of other officers and servants
(1) Subject to any regulations made under section 16, the Lembaga may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Lembaga may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2) No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Lembaga who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Lembaga.
(3) Any officer or servant of the Lembaga who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Lembaga to summary dismissal without notice.

(I) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 16, Lembaga boleh melantik mengikut apa-apa had dan syarat yang difikirkan perlu oleh Lembaga beberapa pegawai dan penjawat lain yang perlu bagi menjalankan maksud-maksud Akta ini.
(2) Seseorang tidaklah layak untuk diambil bekerja sebagai pegawai atau penjawat Lembaga, jika ia mempunyai, secara langsung atau secara taklangsung, dengan sendirinya atau melalui pekongsinya, apa-apa syer atau kepentingan "Jawatankuasa tatatertib.
ugas- [Bah. II-IV, S. 15-17] dalam sesuatu kontrek atau kontrek yang dicadangkan dengan, untuk atau bagi pihak Lembaga.
(3) Seseorang pegawai atau penjawat Lembaga mempunyai atau memperolehi sesuatü syer atau kepentingan tersebut boleh, menurut budibicara Lembaga, dibuang kerja secara terus tanpa notis.
