s 10 Power to retain investment which has ceased to be authorized

A trustee shall not be liable for breach of trust by reason only of his continuing to hold an investment which has ceased to be an investment authorized by the trust instrument or by this Act.

Kuasa menyimpan pelaburan yang telah terhenti menjadi pelaburan yang dibenarkan

Seseorang pemegang amanah tidaklah bertanggungan kerana pecah amanah hanya oleh sebab dia masih terus memegang sesuatu pelaburan yang telah terhenti menjadi pelaburan yang dibenarkan oleh surat cara amanah itu atau oleh Akta ini.
