Trustee Act 1949 s 9
Every power conferred by sections 4 and 8 shall be exercised according to the discretion of the trustee, but subject to any consent or direction, with respect to the investment of the trust funds, required by the instrument, if any, creating the trust or by any written law.
Budi bicara pemegang amanah
Tiap-tiap kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 4 dan 8 hendaklah dijalankan mengikut budi bicara pemegang amanah, tetapi tertakluk kepada apa-apa persetujuan atau arahan, berkenaan dengan pelaburan wang amanah, yang dikehendaki oleh surat cara, jika ada, yang mewujudkan amanah itu atau oleh mana-mana undang-undang bertulis.
