s 47 Powers of new trustee appointed by the Court
Every trustee appointed by the Court shall, as well before as after the trust property becomes by law, or by assurance, or otherwise, vested in him, have the same powers, authorities, and discretions, and may in all respects act as if he had been originally appointed a trustee by the instrument, if any, creating the trust.

Kuasa pemegang amanah baharu yang dilantik oleh Mahkamah
Tiap-tiap pemegang amanah yang dilantik oleh Mahkamah hendaklah, sama ada sebelum atau selepas harta amanah itu terletak hak padanya melalui undang-undang, atau secara ansurans atau selainnya, mempunyai kuasa, wibawa dan budi bicara yang sama, dan boleh dalam semua hal bertindak seolah-olah dia telah dilantik pada asalnya sebagai pemegang amanah oleh surat cara, jika ada, yang mewujudkan amanah itu.
