Trustee Act 1949 s 54

s 54 Power to appoint person to convey

In all cases where a vesting order can be made under any of the foregoing provisions, the Court may, if it is more convenient, appoint a person to convey the land or any interest therein or release the contingent right, and a conveyance or release by that person in conformity with the order shall have the same effect as an order under the appropriate provision.

Kuasa melantik orang untuk memindah hak

Dalam semua hal yang suatu perintah meletak hak boleh dibuat di bawah mana-mana peruntukan tersebut di atas, Mahkamah boleh, jika didapati lebih mudah, melantik seseorang untuk memindahhakkan tanah itu atau mana-mana kepentingan mengenainya atau melepaskan hak kontingennya, dan sesuatu pemindahakkan atau pelepasan oleh orang tersebut menurut perintah itu hendaklah mempunyai kesan yang sama seperti suatu perintah di bawah peruntukan yang berkenaan.
