The repeal, by the Parliament of the United Kingdom, of certain provisions of the Trustee Act 1925 of the United Kingdom [U.K. 1925 c. 19.] shall be deemed not to have affected the powers of trustees under paragraph 4(i) (as that paragraph stood before the amendment of the said section 4 by the Trustees Investment Act 1965 [Act 36 of 1965], and under which paragraph a trustee was, before the commencement of that Act, authorized to invest in any investment authorized for the investment of trust funds by the said Act of 1925.)

Pengesahan kuasa tertentu pemegang amanah
Pemansuhan, oleh Parlimen United Kingdom, peruntukan tertentu Akta Pemegang Amanah 1925 bagi United Kingdom hendaklah disifatkan sebagai tidak menjejaskan kuasa pemegang amanah di bawah perenggan 4(i) (sebagaimana perenggan itu wujud sebelum seksyen 4 tersebut dipinda oleh Akta Pelaburan Pemegang Amanah 1965 [Akta 36 tahun 1965], dan di bawah perenggan mana seseorang pemegang amanah, sebelum mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini, telah diberi kuasa melabur dalam mana-mana pelaburan yang dibenarkan bagi pelaburan wang amanah oleh Akta Tahun 1925 itu).
