s 67 Effect of order of Court
(1) A trustee, executor or administrator acting under any order or direction made or given by the Court under Order 55, rule 3(1) of the *Rules of the Supreme Court 1957 [L.N. 321/1957] shall be deemed, so far as regards his own responsibility, to have discharged his duty as such trustee, executor or administrator in the subjectmatter of the said application unless he has been guilty of fraud or wilful concealment or misrepresentation in connecting with the obtaining of the order or direction.
(2) This section applies to trust, executorships or administratorships created or constituted before or after the commencement of this Act.

Kesan perintah Mahkamah
(1) Seseorang pemegang amanah, wasi atau pentadbir yang bertindak di bawah sesuatu perintah atau arahan yang dibuat atau diberi oleh Mahkamah di bawah Perintah 55, kaedah 3(1) *Kaedah- Kaedah Mahkamah Tinggi 1957 hendaklah disifatkan, setakat yang berkenaan dengan tanggungjawabnya sendiri, sebagai telah melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai pemegang amanah, wasi atau pentadbir itu mengenai hal-perkara permohonan itu melainkan jika dia telah didapati bersalah kerana fraud atau bersengaja menyembunyikan atau membuat salah nyataan berhubungan dengan mendapatkan perintah atau arahan itu.

(2) Seksyen ini terpakai bagi amanah, pewasian atau hal tadbir yang diwujud atau ditubuhkan sebelum atau selepas mula berkuatkuasanya Akta ini.
