Trustee Act 1949 s 66
This Act and every order purporting to be made under this Act, shall be a complete indemnity to all persons for any act done pursuant thereto, and it shall not be necessary for any person to inquire concerning the propriety of the order, or whether the Court by which the order was made had jurisdiction to make it.
Indemniti
Akta ini dan setiap perintah yang berupa sebagai dibuat di bawah Akta ini, hendaklah menjadi indemniti penuh bagi semua orang mengenai apa-apa perbuatan yang dilakukan menurutnya, dan adalah tidak perlu bagi mana-mana orang menyiasat tentang kepatutan perintah itu, atau sama ada Mahkamah yang membuat perintah itu mempunyai bidang kuasa membuatnya atau tidak.
