s 11 Port Consultative Committee
(1) For the purpose of advising the Authority, the Minister may appoint a Port Consultative Committee (referred to in this section as “the Committee”) which shall consist of—
(a) the Chairman of the Authority as chairman of the Committee;
(b) the General Manager, where he has not been appointed to be the Chairman of the Authority; and
(c) such other persons as the Minister may determine.
(2) In appointing members under paragraph (1)(c), the Minister shall have regard to any representations relating thereto made by users of the Port and by persons providing port services.
(3) The Authority may consult the Committee on any matter concerning the Port and shall, if the Committee has been appointed, consult it upon the following matters:
(a) any substantial alteration in the charges or scales of charges levied by the Authority;
(b) any major scheme relating to the expansion or development of the Port; and
(c) any other matter upon which the Authority is required by the Minister to consult the Committee.
(4) The chairman of the Committee shall cause a copy of the minutes of its meetings to be transmitted to the Minister.
(5) Subsections 4(3), (4) and (5) and the Schedule (except paragraphs 6, 7 and 9 thereof) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the Committee and its members as they apply to the Authority and its members.

Jawatankuasa Perunding Pelabuhan
(1) Bagi maksud menasihati Lembaga, Menteri boleh melantik suatu Jawatankuasa Perunding Pelabuhan (dalam seksyen ini disebut “Jawatankuasa”) yang terdiri daripada—
(a) Pengerusi Lembaga sebagai pengerusi Jawatankuasa;
(b) Pengurus Besar, jika ia tidak dilantik menjadi Pengerusi Lembaga; dan
(c) beberapa orang lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri.
(2) Pada melantik ahli di bawah perenggan (1)(c), Menteri hendaklah mengambil perhatian terhadap apa-apa pandangan atau rayuan berhubung dengannya itu yang dibuat oleh pengguna Pelabuhan dan oleh orang yang mengadakan perkhidmatan pelabuhan.
(3) Lembaga boleh berunding dengan Jawatankuasa atas apa-apa juga perkara mengenai Pelabuhan dan hendaklah, jika Jawankuasa telah dilantik, berunding dengannya atas perkara yang berikut:
(a) apa-apa perubahan besar mengenai caj atau caj skel yang dilevi oleh Lembaga;
(b) apa-apa rancangan utama berhubung dengan pengembangan atau pembangunan dan kemajuan Pelabuhan; dan
(c) apa-apa perkara lain yang mana Lembaga adalah dikehendaki oleh Menteri supaya berunding dengan Jawatankuasa.
(4) Pengerusi Jawatankuasa hendaklah menyebabkan supaya satu salinan minit mesyuaratnya dihantar kepada Menteri.
(5) Subseksyen 4(3), (4) dan (5) dan Jadual (kecuali perenggan 6, 7 dan 9) hendaklah dipakai mutatis mutandis bagi Jawatankuasa dan ahlinya sebagaimana ia dipakai bagi Lembaga dan ahlinya.
