s 12 Working capital of Authority

The Authority may be provided with such sums of money for its working capital as the Dewan Rakyat may determine; and any sums so provided shall be subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister of Finance may specify.

Modal kerja bagi Lembaga

Lembaga boleh diperuntukkan apa-apa jumlah wang untuk modal kerjanya sebagaimana yang ditetapkan oleh Dewan Rakyat, dan apaapa jumlah wang yang diperuntukkan sedemikian hendaklah tertakluk kepada apa-apa had dan syarat sebagaimana yang dinyatakan oleh Menteri Kewangan.
