s 92 Transfer of responsibility, etc., from Federal Government to Authority
(1) Upon the coming into force of this section, the responsibility of the Federal Government under the Act and all movable and immovable property and other assets, rights, powers, interests and privileges acquired by, accruing to or vested in the Federal Government as a result of its exercising its powers and discharging its responsibility and duties under the Act shall be transferred to and vest in the Authority without further assurance.
(2) Upon such transfer, such of the debts, liabilities and obligations incurred by the Federal Government under the Act as the Minister may, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, specify by order in the Gazette shall be transferred to and be deemed to have been incurred by the Authority.

Memindahkan tanggungjawab dsb. daripada Kerajaan Persekutuan kepada Lembaga
(1) Apabila mula berkuatkuasanya seksyen ini, tanggungjawab Kerajaan Persekutuan di bawah Akta itu dan semua harta alih dan harta tak alih dan aset lain, hak, kuasa, kepentingan dan keistimewaan yang diperolehi, terakru atau terletak hak pada Kerajaan Persekutuan akibat daripada ia menjalankan kuasanya dan melaksanakan tanggungjawab dan tugasnya di bawah Akta itu hendaklah berpindah dan terletak hak pada Lembaga tanpa apa-apa jaminan lagi.
(2) Atas pemindahan sedemikian itu, segala hutang, tanggungan dan kewajipan yang dilakukan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan di bawah Akta itu sebagaimana dinyatakan oleh Menteri dengan persetujuan Menteri Kewangan, dengan perintah dalam Warta hendaklah dipindahkan kepada Lembaga dan disifatkan sebagai telah dilakukan oleh Lembaga.
