Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 s 12
Sections 15–17 and 24–25 were repealed by later amendments.
A licenced private employment agency shall carry on its business in such place as stated in the licence and shall not change its place of business without the prior permission in writing of the Director General.
Tempat perniagaan hendaklah seperti yang disebutkan dalam lesen
Agensi pekerjaan swasta yang berlesen hendaklah menjalankan perniagaannya di suatu tempat seperti disebutkan dalam lesen itu dan tidak boleh menukar tempat perniagaannya tanpa kebenaran bertulis terlebih dahulu daripada Ketua Pengarah.
