Sections 15–17 and 24–25 were repealed by later amendments.

s 13 Display of licence

(1) A licenced private employment agency shall display its licence in a conspicuous place in the premises as specified in the licence. (2) Any private employment agency which contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit.

Mempamerkan lesen

(1) Agensi pekerjaan swasta yang berlesen hendaklah mempamerkan lesennya di suatu tempat yang mudah kelihatan dalam premis sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam lesen. (2) Mana-mana agensi pekerjaan swasta yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit.
