s 14F Forfeiture of money guarantee
(1) If a private employment agency has ceased operation or its licence has been revoked or has expired, the private employment agency shall claim its money guarantee within twelve months from the date of the cessation of operation or expiration of licence.
(2) If the private employment agency fails to claim its money guarantee within the period specified in subsection (1), the Director General shall, by notification in the Gazette, notify the relevant private employment agency that their money guarantee will be forfeited after the expiration of three months from the date of the Gazette.
(3) T h e m o n e y g u a r a n t e e w h i c h i s f o r f e i t e d u n d e r subsection (2) shall be paid into the Federal Consolidated Fund.

Pelucuthakan wang jaminan
(1) Jika suatu agensi pekerjaan swasta telah terhenti beroperasi atau lesennya telah dibatalkan atau habis tempoh, agensi pekerjaan swasta itu hendaklah menuntut wang jaminannya dalam tempoh dua belas bulan dari tarikh pemberhentian operasi atau habis tempoh lesen.
(2) Jika agensi pekerjaan swasta itu tidak menuntut wang jaminannya dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam subseksyen (1), Ketua Pengarah hendaklah, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, memberitahu agensi pekerjaan swasta yang berkaitan yang wang jaminan mereka akan dilucuthakkan selepas habis tempoh tiga bulan dari tarikh Warta.
(3) Wang jaminan yang telah dilucuthakkan di bawah subseksyen (2) hendaklah dibayar ke dalam Kumpulan Wang Disatukan Persekutuan.
