Private Employment Agencies Act 1981 s 18
Sections 15–17 and 24–25 were repealed by later amendments.
s 18 Advertisement
(1) No private employment agency may advertise in any mass media unless the advertisement contains—
(a) the licence number; and
(b) correct information relating to the advertisement.
(2) Any private employment agency which contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment not exceeding one year or to both.

Iklan
(1) Tiada satu pun agensi pekerjaan swasta boleh mengiklan dalam apa-apa media massa melainkan jika iklan itu mengandungi—
(a) nombor lesen; dan
(b) maklumat betul mengenai iklan itu.
(2) Mana-mana agensi pekerjaan swasta yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi satu tahun atau kedua-duanya.
