s 15 Appointment of other officers and servants
(1) Subject to any regulations made under section 16, the Lembaga may appoint on such terms and conditions as the Lembaga may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2) No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Lembaga who has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Lembaga.
(3) Any officer or servant of the Lembaga who has or acquires any such share or interest shall be liable in the discretion of the Lembaga to summary dismissal without notice.

Pelantikan pegawai dan pekhidmat lain
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 16, Lembaga boleh melantik atas apa-apa terma dan syarat yang difikirkan wajar oleh Lembaga pegawai dan pekhidmat lain yang perlu bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini.
(2) Tiada seorang pun layak diambil khidmat sebagai pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga, yang mempunyai, secara langsung atau tidak langsung, dengan sendiri atau melalui pekongsinya, apa-apa syer atau kepentingan mengenai apa-apa kontrak atau kontrak yang dicadangkan dengan, untuk atau bagi pihak Lembaga.
(3) Mana-mana pegawai atau pekhidmat Lembaga yang mempunyai atau memperoleh apa-apa syer atau kepentingan boleh, menurut budi bicara Lembaga, dibuang kerja secara terus tanpa notis.
