s 14 Organization of the Lembaga into Divisions
(1) The Lembaga may set up such Divisions as it may think desirable, and each Division shall be under the control and charge of an officer.
(2) The officer in charge of each Division shall be appointed by the Chairman with the approval of the Minister.
(3) It shall be the responsibility of the officer in charge of a Division to implement and execute the decisions of the Lembaga on matters pertaining to his Division, to submit policy recommendations for consideration by the Lembaga, to participate without the right to vote in any meeting of the Lembaga whenever matters pertaining to his Division are being considered in the meeting and also to exercise all the powers that may be delegated to him by the Lembaga.

Penyusunan Lembaga kepada Bahagian-Bahagian
(1) Lembaga boleh menubuhkan Bahagian-Bahagian yang difikirkannya wajar, dan setiap Bahagian hendaklah di bawah kawalan dan jagaan seorang pegawai.
(2) Pegawai yang menjaga setiap Bahagian hendaklah dilantik oleh Lembaga dengan kelulusan Menteri.
(3) Menjadi tanggungjawab pegawai yang menjaga sesuatu Bahagian untuk melaksanakan dan menjalankan keputusan Lembaga mengenai perkara yang berkaitan dengan Bahagiannya, mengemukakan syor-syor dasar untuk pertimbangan Lembaga, mengambil bahagian tanpa hak mengundi dalam mana-mana mesyuarat Lembaga apabila perkara yang berkaitan dengan Bahagiannya ditimbang dalam mesyuarat itu dan juga untuk menjalankan segala kuasa yang boleh diwakilkan kepadanya oleh Lembaga.
