s 12
(1) The Board shall prepare within three months Special of the date upon which thê winners of prizes in a lottery accounts in respect of were determined, a completed account in respect of such each lottery. lottery showing the total amount raised thereby, the M1mf2" amount of the prizes paid out in respect thereof, the costs, charges and expenses and deductions made by the Board in respect thereof.
(2) Eedt under scction tillbe andiad bopae tsur account, so audited, shall be submitted forthwith by the Board to the Minister of Finance who shall cause the same to be published in the Gazette.

(1) Lembaga hendaklah, dalam masa tiga bulan dari tarikh pemenang-pemenang hadiah sesuatu loteri ditentukan, menyediakan suatu akaun lengkap berkenaan dengan loteri itu yang menunjukkan jumlahnya amaun yang didapati melaluinya, amaunnya hadiah yang dibayar berkenaan dengannya, kos, caj serta perbelanjaan dan potongan yang dibuat oleh Lembaga berkenaan dengannya.
(2) Tiap-tiap akaun sedemikian hendaklah diaudit oleh juruaudit yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 11 (2) dan satu salinan akaun itu, yang diaudit sedemikian, hendaklah dikemukakan dengan serta-merta oleh Lembaga kepada Menteri Kewangan yang hendaklah menyebabkan supaya akaun itu disiarkan dalam Warta.
