s 8 SOCIAL AND WELFARE SERVICES LOTTERIES BOARD IS. 8-9]
(1) The Board shall, upon the promotion of any Proopetys lottery under this Act, cause to be published in the Gazette, or in such other manner as the Minister may to blished. direct, a prospectus of such lottery which shall set Lm.Ac forth
(a) the prizes offered therein;
(b) the number of tickets or chances therein to be • offered for sale and the prices and denomina- •tions of such tickets or chances;
(c) the opening and closing dates for the sale of tickets or chances therein;
(a) the times, places and manner at or in which the winners of prizes therein will be determined;
(e) the conditions subject to which any tickets or chances therein will be offered for sale and in accordance with which such lottery will be conducted;
(f) such other matters as may be prescribed.
(2) No tickets or chances in any lottery shall be sold or distributed at any time before the expiration of a period of one month after the date of the publication of such prospectus relating thereto.

(1) Lembaga hendaklah, apabila menganjurkan sesuatu loteri di bawah Akta ini, menyebab supaya disiarkan dalam Warta, atau dengan apa-apa cara lain sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri, suatu prospektus mengenai loteri itu yang hendaklah menyatakan—.
(a) hadiah yang ditawarkan baginya;
(b) bilangan tiket atau judi nasib baginya yang ditawarkan untuk dijual dan harga serta peringkat nilai tiket atau judi nasib itu;
(c) tarikh pembukaan dan tarikh tutup bagi jualan tiket atau judi nasib baginya;
(d) masa, tempat dan cara di mana atau bagaimana pemenang-pemenang hadiah baginya akan ditentukan; e) syarat-syarat yang tertakluk kepadanya sesuatı iket atau judi nasib baginya akan ditawarkar
[S. 8-9] untuk dijual dan yang menurutnya loteri itu akan dijalankan;
(f) apa-apa perkara lain sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
(2) Tiada apa-apa tiket atau judi nasib pada manamana loteri boleh dijual atau diedarkan pada bila-bila masa sebelum tamatnya tempoh satu bulan selepas tarikh penyiaran apa-apa prospektus yang berhubungan dengannya.
