Limitation Act 1953 s 17
For the purposes of this Act, no person shall be deemed to have been in possession of any land by reason only of having made a formal entry thereon, and no continual or other claim upon or near any land shall preserve any right of action to recover the land.
Tiada apa-apa hak tindakan boleh dikekalkan dengan kemasukan formal atau tuntutan berterusan
Bagi maksud Akta ini, tiada seorang pun boleh disifatkan sebagai memiliki mana-mana tanah hanya oleh sebab dia telah memasuki tanah itu secara formal, dan tiada apa-apa tuntutan berterusan atau tuntutan lain terhadap atau hampir dengan mana-mana tanah boleh mengekalkan apa-apa hak tindakan untuk mendapat kembali tanah itu.
