Limitation Act 1953 s 18

s 18 Right of person out of possession extinguished

At the determination of the period limited by this Act to any person for bringing an action to recover land the right and title of such person to the land for the recovery whereof such action might have been brought within such period, shall be extinguished.

Hak orang yang tidak mempunyai milikan adalah terhapus

Pada masa penamatan tempoh yang dihadkan oleh Akta ini bagi mana-mana orang membawa suatu tindakan untuk mendapat kembali tanah hak dan hakmilik orang tersebut kepada tanah itu bagi mendapatkannya sesuatu tindakan mungkin telah dibawa dalam tempoh tersebut, adalah terhapus.
